We’re a little late with Friday’s update – it’s been a crazy weekend! The Pure Elite world finals took place in Margate on Sunday, so it was an early night Friday so we could get to London and make the most of Saturday there. We’ll update you on that soon, but in the meantime, the catch-up update post is here!
Mrs C: So….what a busy week it’s been! No update on Friday due to us attending the Pure Elite World Championship finals in Margate over the weekend. (future post on this to follow). Diet has been 100% clean except for 1 planned cheat meal with friends and training is going well. I did my measurements again this week and I have lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my hips in 11 days and dropped 4lb in weight so things seem to be progressing nicely and my weekly progress photos also show good progress in the right direction. My mind is still playing tricks with me and my anxiety isn’t great but I am working on it! One thing I am trying to get more of is sleep but it isn’t always easy when life is do busy and when you suffer with anxiety.
Mr C: This week has made it very difficult to keep on top of everything, just because there’s been so much on. I don’t think I got every training session in (I definitely didn’t get enough cardio in..), but the ones I have managed have been pretty good. I’m getting used to training for adding size now, and I’m definitely noticing that size creeping on over the last few weeks. Food-wise, I don’t think I’ve been eating enough, and feel like I have let a few too many cheats/treats in, simply due to life taking over. I think the plan for this next week is to keep on top of food prep and nutrition, and push hard with my training.
